Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Woodeo and any personalized book, PDF, printed product, video, preview, or related service ordered through the website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Child Photo & AI Policy.

Adults only

The service is for adults ordering for a child. Children may enjoy the finished book with adult supervision, but they may not create accounts, upload photos, or place orders.

Your authority and uploaded content

• You confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the parent or legal guardian to upload the child's photo and personalization details.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo, name, dedication, interest, or other content you provide.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, or invasive of another person's privacy.

Limited license to create your order

You grant Woodeo a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transform, and share your uploaded content with service providers only as needed to create, deliver, print, ship, support, improve safety, and maintain the ordered product.

This license does not give us permission to use a child's photo in public marketing, social media, ads, or sample galleries without separate consent.

AI-generated output

Woodeo uses automated and AI-assisted tools, including third-party AI providers, to create stories, illustrations, and optional video content. AI output can contain mistakes, unexpected details, or visual artifacts.

We may refuse, revise, regenerate, or cancel an order if uploaded content or generated output creates safety, legal, quality, or rights concerns.

Product rights and personal use

After payment and delivery, you may use the delivered book, PDF, and video for personal, family, and gift purposes. You may not resell, mass distribute, claim exclusive ownership of the underlying platform assets, or use the output in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

• Prices, delivery estimates, and product options are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed.
• Because each order is custom-made, cancellation and refund options may be limited once generation, printing, or fulfillment begins.
• If generation fails and we cannot reasonably fix it, we will offer a retry, replacement, credit, or refund for the affected order.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect printed items, contact support promptly with photos and order details so we can review a replacement or refund.

Delivery estimates

Digital and printed delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of AI generation, moderation, payment review, print production, shipping carriers, customs, technical outages, or inaccurate customer information.

No professional advice

Woodeo books are creative entertainment products. They are not educational, medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and products are provided as available, subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. AI generation, previews, delivery timing, and printed output may vary.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.
