Woodeo creates personalized children's storybooks from information provided by a parent or legal guardian. For privacy questions, contact hello@woodeo.ai.

Information we collect

• Parent or purchaser contact details, including email address and shipping details when a printed product is ordered.
• Child personalization details supplied by the adult customer, such as first name, age, interests, occasion, dedication text, and selected companion.
• Uploaded child photos and the storybook, images, PDF, video, logs, and other generation outputs created from the order.
• Order information and any payment or checkout information needed to process the order.
• Basic technical information needed to run and secure the website, such as browser, device, IP address, and server logs.

How we use information

• To create, preview, deliver, print, ship, and support the personalized storybook order.
• To process checkout, send order updates, troubleshoot generation errors, and respond to support requests.
• To protect the service from abuse, fraud, unauthorized uploads, or unsafe content.
• To comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, safety, and legal obligations.

Child photos and AI processing

Uploaded photos and personalization text may be processed by third-party AI providers and infrastructure providers so the book, illustrations, and optional video can be generated. Do not upload a photo unless you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or you have permission from the parent or legal guardian.

We do not sell child photos. We do not use uploaded child photos for public advertising, social media, testimonials, or portfolio examples unless you give separate permission.

Service providers

We may share the minimum information needed with providers that help operate the service, including AI generation providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, checkout or payment providers, print and shipping partners, and customer support tools.

Retention and deletion

We keep uploaded photos and generated assets so we can generate, deliver, preview, and support the order. You may request deletion of uploaded photos and generated assets by contacting us.

Deletion may not remove information that is already needed for completed delivery, support, payment records, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information where applicable law gives you that right.
• You can withdraw photo processing consent before generation begins. After generation or printing begins, withdrawal may prevent us from completing or revising the order.
• You can contact us at any time about privacy, child photo removal, or a suspected unauthorized upload.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect uploaded photos and order data. No website, API, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International users

Because AI, hosting, payment, and infrastructure providers can operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
